Siobhan Carney Marketing & Communications Coordinator Siobhan leads the marketing and communications strategy of HWBIDCo. In addition to promoting High Wycombe town centre, she is responsible for all BID social media activity and helps keep you informed about what’s happening in your town.Contact Ben DaviesTown Ranger Ben is our town ranger. He heads up the Security Partnership - which includes both the Shopwatch and Pubwatch schemes – and supports services which contribute to High Wycombe’s vision as a safe and secure town. Contact Melanie Williams BID Manager Melanie is the overall manager of the BID. She is responsible for delivering the HWBIDCo business plan and oversees the day-to-day operational management of HWBIDCo. Contact Chloe LockwoodProjects & Events Manager Chloe is responsible for all of HWBIDCo's projects and events - including Frogfest and The Christmas Lights Switch-On. She works closely with key partners to implement projects that improve and benefit High Wycombe town centre.Contact Meet the directors Phil Elliot The Chiltern Shopping Centre Phil is Operations Manager at The Chilterns Shopping Centre and has worked within the Shopping Centre industry for 29 years. He has a passion for High Wycombe and wants to make it change for the better. Ruth GunstoneWycombe Arts Centre Ruth previously worked as Director of Student Experience for Buckinghamshire New University. She now represents Wycombe Arts Centre on the HWBIDCo board. Lesley Clarke, OBEBucks County Council Lesley has been a member of the HWBIDCo board since its inception. She was awarded an OBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours in May 2013. Andrew Norton Eden Shopping Centre Andrew is a HWBIDCo board member representing Eden Shopping Centre. Tony GreenWycombe District Council In addition to his role as councillor, Tony is Chairman of High Wycombe Town Twinning Association and acts as a Trustee for Wycombe Community Arts Centre. Simon McDowellBuckinghamshire New University Simon is the Communications and Marketing Manager at Bucks Students’ Union. He has over 10 years’ experience in marketing to a large membership organisation – utilising a range of different channels and engaging with various other stakeholders. Ian HarperBuckinghamshire New University Ian is the Commercial Director for Buckinghamshire New University, representing the university, its staff and students. Robert KellyLunch Robert has 30 years experience in retail management, running large groups of multi channel stores across the south of England. He currently owns two businesses in High Wycombe, and is looking to develop another. Lewis Taylor Bill's Restaurant Lewis is the marketing manager for Bill's restaurant in High Wycombe. He has over 10 years experience in hospitality and is excited to get stuck in and help put High Wycombe on the map. Mark ColdhamThe Massage Company Mark is the owner of The Massage Company in High Wycombe. Mark is an ex-Army officer with a huge amount of experience in management and leadership gained in a number of sectors. He is passionate about helping the town to thrive and is excited to have been accepted to be part of the HWBIDCo board. Andy Christiansen Optimum Finance Andy is the regional sales director for Optimum Finance. Roger Bolton The Works Roger is the owner of The Works. Mark AdkinsThe Antelope Mark is the landlord of The Antelope pub – High Wycombe's oldest public house. Philippa SawyerWycombe Sound Pippa is programme director and co-founder of Wycombe Sound radio. Since its inception in 2013, the station has received numerous awards and accolades – including an ARIA nomination in 2020. Matt YoungO'Neill's Matt is the general manager of O'Neills pub. He works alongside the BID manager to implement campaigns for HWBIDCo's nighttime economy.
